Hello my amazing peeps!!!
So like many, I made a New Years resolution to lose wait this year, and tbh I was putting it off. Until I saw a picture of myself the other day and couldn’t even recognize myself, so I decided then and there to do something about it. Today is 3-17-21 and tomorrow will be one week since I started Keto!! I am surprised and excited that I made it so far. IK that a week does not seem like much, but it is when you are changing your daily habits.
So i have lost about 4lbs and I’m excited that I am one step closer to reaching my goal.
The reason I’m telling you all this is cause I want to ask y’all if you have any Keto friendly dessert recipes you would like to recommend. Like every other teen I am still having cravings for sweet things. so if you do recommend something pls send a link or write it in the comment section.
for anybody who is having trouble losing this is great! However it takes dedication for it to work. I believe in y’all.
